You can never run out of GP consultations on this Option. Members have 10 in-person visits, and thereafter, by using the Umvuzo Care App, they can unlock additional consultations, either in person or virtual, based on the condition.
10 visits per family per year is available and must be referred by the GP and be clinically necessary (pre-authorisation required).
Yes, there is full access. All admissions to the hospital must be pre-authorised. In the case of a proven, life-threatening emergency, admission will automatically be granted for 24 hours.
