What is Voice of the Patient?
After your hospital admission, you will receive a survey asking about your experience as a patient.

This survey is designed to help measure what our members care about when they are patients receiving treatment.

With your feedback, Umvuzo Health can empower our clients and institutions around South Africa to understand your concerns and feedback.

The result? Improvement in the quality of healthcare where your voice is heard!

How does it work?
Upon receiving an email post-hospital admission, simply respond to the survey and share your healthcare experience.


Fill in the Survey
Provide feedback on your care, treatment, hospital cleanliness, and overall assistance provided during your time in the hospital.

Continous Improvement
Your responses guide Umvuzo in addressing the gaps in care to ensure improvements.
