An amount of R15 500 is available per beneficiary per year. This would include orthodontic and prosthodontic treatment, metal base dentures, gold inlays and more.
Pre-authorisation is required for consultations (GPs and specialists), surgical and non-surgical procedures and operations, anaesthesia for surgical procedures, hospital apparatus and more.
There is a cover of R270 per event and up to a maximum of R3 150 per beneficiary per year.
