Download the App
Find and download the Umvuzo Health app from your device’s app store. -

Open the App & Select Your Role
Launch the app.
Choose whether you are the Main Member or a Dependent. -

Create Your Account
Tap the “Create a New Account” button at the bottom of the screen.
Fill in all required details carefully. -

Dependent Users
If you are registering as a dependent, refer to your Certificate of Membership for your Dependent Code. -

Submit Your Details
Once all information is complete, tap “SUBMIT” to finish your registration.
